Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle of Island Associates negotiated a lease extension with Dollar Tree for the 8,000 s/f they occupy at Strathmore Commons.
Dollar Tree has been a junior anchor at Strathmore Commons for over 10 years. The lease extension will keep Dollar Tree in place and provide them with the ability to continue to service the community.
