Middle Island, NY Robert Raffa and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated the 1,404 s/f lease for Fireside Embroidery in the Strathmore Shopping Center, 1245 Middle Country Rd. Fireside Embroidery is a new tenant in the 140,000 s/f center joining the Meat Farms Supermarket, NYU Langone, McDonalds, Golds Gym, Dollar Tree, All Island Pets, and a variety of other tenants.
