Suffolk Holdings LLC, an affiliate of a New York City-based construction company, purchased the 5,870-square-foot building on 1.44 acres at 955 Long Island Ave. The buyer is expanding and will use the property for storage of construction materials.
The building features three drive-in loading bays and the property offers ample outdoor storage space. The property was formerly used by an auto salvage and recycling company.
Lawrence Densen and Chris Mayor of Smithtown-based Island Associates represented the buyer, as well as the seller, the Estate of Joseph Marro, in the sales transaction.
